With community transmission of Covid-19 throughout New Zealand, we have introduced a HEALTH AND SAFETY Policy whereby we require all guests staying with us to be able to provide evidence they are fully vaccinated against Covid-19. MEDICAL EXEMPTION: If you have a Medical condition, this must be evidenced by a Certificate from a Doctor.
This policy is to protect other guests, our staff, (who are all fully vaccinated), and our business.
All units are smoke-free and fully serviced daily. All units have Super King beds or Queen beds. All rooms have the following facilities:
Our studio units have 1 x Super-King bed or 1 x queen bed, ensuite with shower, kitchenette and a workstation. Sky TV & a Heat pump.

Our One bedroom suites have 1 x Super-king bed in the bedroom with a single bed in the lounge living area. Dining area with table. Some units also have a sofa bed (recommended for child only). Ensuite with SPA bath and a kitchenette with cooking facilities, (hot plates, microwave, electric fry pan etc) Heat pump, Sky TV.

Our Two bedroom units offer a Super-king bed in the main bedroom with 2 x single beds in the 2nd bedroom along with 3rd single bed in the lounge. A sofa bed is also available (recommended for child only). Our Two Bedroom units are large and comfortable units, perfect for the family. They have a spacious lounge with private courtyard. A dining area with a kitchenette that has cooking facilities (hot plates, microwave, electric fry pan etc) and a good sized fridge freezer. Heat pump & Sky TV. The ensuite contains a SPA bath as well as a separate standalone shower.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made up to 7 days before the booked date incur no charges. Thereafter, the deposit may be retained. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in the total amount for the booked accommodation being charged.
